Regency at McLean is a gated community with 24-hour security. It is located at 1800 Old Meadow Road McLean VA 22102 and is also right near Chain Bridge Road. This puts you right in the Tysons Corner neighborhood, which is full of stores and consumer hot spots, and the McLean Silver Line metro is extremely close for your commute. The Sport and Health Regency club connected directly to the building allows you to enjoy over 20 different tennis courts. Many residents here join the Regency Sport and Health tennis club, but you are not required to. Just be aware that you cannot use the Regency Sport and Health tennis courts unless you are a member.

The final public school for your child is Marshall High School. With 2,052 students, this high school has an average grade of 5 out of 10. This seems linked to a low SAT and ACT participation rate, but confusingly over 80 percent of students go on to enroll in college. This is above the state average of 68 percent.

The Regency at McLean is a gated community with a 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security
You’ll love the Regency condominium location. You’re a 15-minute walk from the Metro. Silver Line, which carries you right into the city. You’re also close to the Dulles International Airport. On top of that, Regency at McLean has spacious units with beautiful panoramic views. It’s a wonderful place to entertain and an intimate retreat all at once.
The amenities at Regency at McLean are some of the best. You get a convenience store, beauty Regency salon, dry cleaning, an outdoor pool and much more.
Right next to Regency at McLean is the Regency Sport and Health Club, which offers discounts to Regency at McLean residents.
Transportation is easy for Regency at McLean residents. You’re next to all the major routes and Washington D.C. is just 10 miles away. It’s great for commuters because you a one-mile walk from the McLean Silver Line and you can access Dulles Tollroad, I-495 and Route 123 with ease.
You’re right next to the Tysons Corner Center mall with hundreds of stores.
The Regency at McLean condo fees cover all utilities.
-You have access to many restaurants and shops like Wildfire McLean, Nostos Restaurant, BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Capri Ristorante Italiano, Pal Restaurant and El Tio Tex-Mex Grill. The Regency at McLean is very well maintained.
While parking is often difficult in Tysons Corner and McLean, that’s not an issue at Regency at McLean. There is underground garage parking available along with assigned and unassigned lots. First come, first serve parking is available for visitors and residents who need additional spaces.
There’s a good owner to renter ratio. Some communities have a higher renter ratio, which often leads to poor maintenance. That’s not an issue at Regency at McLean.


Cons:

Pet lovers will be sad to hear that the regency condominium complex doesn’t allow most pets or with restrictions.
The Regency at McLean was built in 1977 and has largely stayed the same, so this may not be a good fit if you want new condos in McLean VA. If you want new condos in McLean VA, then consider One Park Crest.
