Underground parking is available, but you must be careful about this when buying the condo. You’ll only have access to underground parking if the original condo owner purchased the One Park Crest parking spaces. Depending on the owner, you can get anywhere from zero to two spots. Unassigned One Park Crest parking is always available, but having underground parking spaces improves resale value while also making the unit easier to sell in general
The higher floors give you a spectacular view of McLean and Tysons Corner
The major disadvantage of One Park Crest is the scarcity of resident and visitor parking. As stated above, only certain One Park Crest condos have access to the underground parking garage. You can park in the unassigned lot, but it’s somewhat inconvenient. It’s worse for visitors as there are only 20 visitor spots for the 300+ residents to share. Many visitors park at Harris Teeter and walk to One Park Crest while others use Uber or Lyft to reach their friends and family. We are hopeful that One Park Crest gets more parking spaces to alleviate this situation
-The Park Crest condos are not affordable compared to other condos in this area. One Park Crest is prized for being a luxury community and the prices reflect that. If you’re looking for a condo in a similar area, then consider the Rotonda as an alternative
One Park Crest, and Tysons Corner, in general, are one of the best places you can live in. The best thing about One Park Crest is that it places you right in the center of many stores, entertainment options, malls and more.
Aside from the existing stores, you’ll also find that new developments are constantly popping up around the One Park Crest condos. One such development would the Boro Tysons. This includes a 15-screen ShowPlace ICON Theater, retail stores, the Boro Park and the largest Whole Foods in the whole area.
One Park Crest is a prime spot in Tysons Corner and puts you next to the metro for easy commuting and travel. You’re also within walking distance of Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Galleria malls. There are literally hundreds of stores to visit and endless restaurant options. You can get some new clothes at Bloomingdale’s or Louis Vuitton, pick up something for your condo at Atrium Interiors and grab a bite at American Tandoor or Earl’s Kitchen and Bar. It’s all within walking distance and there are limitless shopping opportunities to take advantage of.
