Assigned garage parking is available for all Lillian Court at Tysons residents. There’s also unassigned parking for residents and guests on a first-come, first-serve basis at these Tysons Corner apartments. There is no charge for the unassigned parking. The final public school is Marshall High School with 2,052 students. Their score is an average of 5 out of 10, but it’s a little strange. They receive a high 8 out of 10 score for their test scores and average scores for helping low-income student, but they have a very low score for college readiness. This last part seems strange because over 80 percent of students apply to college, which is significantly above the state average.

Recent renovating and improvements have made the Lillian Court at Tysons clubhouse and lobby even better.
The fitness center has also been renovated as recently as 2018 and it’s fully equipped with everything you need.
You’ll find the HOA fees at Lillian Court at Tysons are lower than many other condo communities in the area.
Assigned garage parking is available for Lillian Court at Tysons residents. Every unit receives one card to identify their vehicle in the garage at their reserved spot. A big benefit of this system is that you can give the card to a guest and they can use your spot.
Guest parking is fairly easy with Lillian Court at Tysons. While there is unassigned parking, this is always a first-come, first-serve basis. You can get up to two guest parking permits that are assigned to your unit. This makes parking easier for them. You can one-day special event permits for guests from the management office.
Aside from the Lillian Court at Tysons community putting you right next to Tysons Corner and all the stores and commuting hot spots, another benefit is that the building itself is fairly new.
There is a move-in fee to be aware of with Lillian Court. This is a one-time fee of $400. It covers moving in, moving out and any deliveries you schedule while living here.
Pets are allowed at Lillian Court at Tysons, but there are some restrictions. You are allowed small dogs and cats, but only two per unit. All pets must be registered with the association.
